Application form for Graduate Teaching Fellowship; recommendation form for GTF application; and summer sandwich tuition remission request form for GTF. Summer tuition will be waived for (a) GTFs who have GTF appointment in at least two terms in an academic year AND a fall term appointment in the following year OR (b) GTFs who have GTF in spring AND three terms in the following academic year.

Collective Bargaining Agreement
The Collective Bargaining Agreement is negotiated once every two years between the GTFF and the University.

The GTFF Bylaws were first written in 1976. The current version was revised in 2015.

Use this form to help establish a strong working relationship between yourself and your advisor, and to make sure that you are spending to large a portion of your FTE on tasks you don’t intend to.

The Budget
- Each year a budget is drawn up by the Treasurer and approved by the Executive Council. The Executive Board is authorized to spend the money in the line items. The budget can be modified by the membership of the GTFF at a General Membership Meeting.
