GTFF reached a tentative agreement with UO administration last Tuesday, October 29th. The next step in our process is a ratification vote, where our members make the decision of whether or not to accept the contract our bargaining committee has tentatively agreed to.
Before you cast your vote, please review the tentative agreement in its entirety, including an article-by-article description of the changes to our contract.
Ratification ballots and a voter’s guide went out this morning (November 4) to all full GTFF members’ emails–check yours (including spam and promotions filters!). Fill out this form if you have not received a ballot.
