COVERAGE IS NOT AUTOMATIC!
New GTFs:
You have to fill out an enrollment form to get your insurance coverage started. If you haven’t already done so please email lisa@gtff.net, or stop by the GTFF office, and request one. Fall term coverage starts retroactively back to September 16th.
Returning GTFs:
If you let your insurance lapse over last summer you need to fill out a new enrollment form to get your coverage started again.
If you kept your insurance over last summer you do not need to re-enroll, but you do need to set up payment for any dependents you’d like to continue insuring.
