All GTFF members are invited to our first meeting of the year!
This meeting is only open to full card signing members- but you can sign a card at the door. Please invite all your GTFF friends, and all new GTFs to your program.We’re kicking off the 2015-16 school year with big decisions to be made by all members! We’re starting our next round of negotiations in October and need to hear from you at this meeting about what is most important to you. Mix and mingle with new GTFs from around campus, and learn about tons more exciting events and actions coming up this year.And we’re celebrating the 40th anniversary of the GTFF! Cross your fingers, and we might even have 40th anniversary commemorative t-shirts for everyone attending the meeting if they arrive in time!
This is a family friendly event, please feel free to bring children of all ages and spouses/partners, and we’ll have a kids table at the back with your favorite union kids craft activities. If you need childcare in order to attend, please email amber@gtff.net to provide a childcare reimbursement for you.
If you need any additional ADA accommodations to fully participate in the meeting, please email amber@gtff.net to coordinate those.
Free dinner provided for all members. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten free options available.
And please stick around after the meeting for a social hour when we tap the kegs, and other refreshments to get to know your fellow GTFs.
