COLOR CODING SYSTEM:

• Green = Language proposed by UO
• Blue = Language proposed by GTFF
• Red = Language the parties are prepared to agree on
• Underlined = Changes relative to the most recent version of the article (color coding remains the same)
• Strikethrough = Language that is deleted by the party whose proposal it is, as described in the proposal’s header (color of strikethrough language indicates the party that originally proposed the language)
