The GTFF is a Member-run Union, meaning participation is key! There are many levels of participation, ranging from joining as a Full Member to running for a leadership position.

In addition to talking to your fellow union members in person, you can participate in your union online! For online and private conversations about everything from union organizing to tips on local housing ad healthcare, we highly recommend members join the GTFF members-only Slack by filling out the form at this link.

Volunteers are always needed for various jobs–all help us keep the Union running! If you have a particular interest or skill you would like to use to volunteer with the Union, contact the VP for Member Communications or the Staff Organizer.
