The GTFF is holding an Emergency General Membership meeting to discuss the University’s final bargaining proposals, if they are meet the needs of Graduate Students or if the GTFF needs to do some further action, including potentially a strike, to get a fair contract for its members.
This meeting will be held at the Northwest Youth Corps (2621 Augusta St) in the Laurel Hill Neighborhood at 5pm on Friday, May 17th. The meeting is open to Full GTFF members only.
Note that any strike authorization vote must be done by ballot box and cannot occur at this meeting. At this meeting, the membership can only decide whether or not to hold such a vote.
